HITV — Membership (Subscription) Terms

These Membership (Subscription) Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern your purchase and use of HITV paid plans (“Membership”). By subscribing, you agree to these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the applicable app marketplace terms.
1. Plans and benefits
- We may offer various plans (e.g., monthly or annual) that provide access to premium features such as ad‑free viewing, higher streaming quality, early releases, or other benefits as described at purchase.
- Plan availability and features may vary by region and device.
2. Billing and payment
- All payments are processed by the app marketplace (e.g., Apple App Store). We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
- Taxes may apply based on your billing address and applicable laws.
3. Free trials and introductory offers
- Trials or promotions may be offered from time to time. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged for the next period per the marketplace rules.
- Eligibility for trials or promotional pricing may be limited; we may revoke or alter an offer if we determine you are not eligible.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Memberships are auto‑renewing unless you turn off auto‑renew in your app marketplace account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. For platform‑specific details, see the Auto‑Renewal Terms.
5. Managing your subscription
- Manage or cancel your Membership in your app marketplace account settings. We cannot cancel on your behalf.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel your Membership.
6. Changes to pricing or benefits
- We may change plan pricing or benefits. If required, we or the marketplace will notify you in advance. Continued subscription after the change is effective constitutes acceptance.
7. Refunds
Refunds, if any, are handled by the app marketplace and are subject to its policies. Please submit refund requests through the marketplace support channels.
8. Fair use and account sharing
- Membership is for personal, non‑commercial use. Account sharing beyond your household or as otherwise limited by the marketplace or plan is not permitted.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Membership benefits for violations of these Subscription Terms or our Terms of Service. Cancellation or termination will not retroactively credit charges unless required by law or marketplace policy.
