HITV — Auto‑Renewal Terms
Effective Date: August 21, 2025
These Auto‑Renewal Terms explain how recurring billing works for HITV subscriptions purchased through an app marketplace (e.g., Apple App Store). By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. Auto‑renewing subscription
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly or annually) unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown at the time of renewal.
2. Manage cancellations
- To cancel, open the app marketplace account settings (e.g., on iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) and turn off auto‑renew for HITV.
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
3. Trials and conversions
- If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial concludes.
4. Price changes
- We or the marketplace may change subscription pricing. Where required, you will be notified and asked to consent to the new price; otherwise, your subscription may not renew.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled by the app marketplace in accordance with its policies. Please submit refund requests through marketplace support.
6. Billing issues
If a billing attempt fails, the marketplace may retry, change the renewal date, or cancel the subscription according to its policies. Access to subscription features may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
